As a lifelong resident of Laredo, Mr. Ramirez is interested in the continued growth of our community. Mr. Ramirez is a product of the Webb County Headstart Program, LISD -Ryan Elementary, and UISD -Clark Middle School and United High School. He continued with his basics at Laredo Community College then moved to San Antonio to finish his college degree. While in San Antonio he attended University of Texas at San Antonio, San Antonio Community College and graduated from Incarnate Word College with a Bachelor's Degree of Business with an emphasis in Marketing in May 1990. Being the first in his family to attain a college degree, he returned to Laredo to help his family and community and to allow his other 4 siblings to attend college. After working several years he applied at Texas A&M International University for the Master's of Business Administration program. He graduated in December 1998 with his MBA. Mr. Ramirez was the Marketing Director for A Plus Tutoring from 2002-2004 and took over the business in 2004.
